• Service prices DO NOT include the cost of hair.
• Payments will be collected in advance of service.
• No refunds on services. Any service issues will be corrected only if addressed at time of service.
• No refunds on hair. We are not responsible for any hair purchased from our salon or brought-in from elsewhere.
• We are not responsible for sensitive scalp, tenderness, abrasions, or sores dues to braiding or the weaving process.
• We are not responsible for hair loss or hair breakage from the removal of weaves.
• Late arrivals will be rescheduled after a 15 minute window.
• Appointment cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.
